• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
• Sound knowledge of Swiss contract and obligations law
• Experience working with contracts, ideally in a technical environment such as telecommunications or IT
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of SLA management and the service business is an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken German and English

Aufgaben

• Review, draft, amend, and negotiate contracts as well as SLAs with customers, partners, and suppliers
• Ensure legally compliant approval of contracts
• Plan and manage contract renewals together with Account Managers
• Ensure that contract renewals are completed on time
• Serve as the central point of contact for contract law matters
• Coordinate complex cases with Group Legal and Compliance
• Develop and maintain contract templates, GTCs, standardized templates, and contract processes
• Manage centralized, audit-compliant contract management, including data quality, deadline monitoring, KPIs, reporting, and periodic invoicing
• Analyze contractual risks
• Advise Sales on offers and contract structures
• Conduct negotiations with customers and strategic partners together with KAMs
