Job summary

Guess is seeking a Content Production Intern to provide hands-on operational support to the Photo Studio and content team. You will help plan shoots, manage samples, coordinate freelancers, and ensure timely asset delivery for e-commerce, lookbooks, and campaigns.

The role requires strong organization, English fluency, and a proactive, hands-on attitude. The internship offers exposure to production workflows, collaboration with multiple departments, and involvement in seasonal priorities and

Qualifications

• Degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Communication, Fashion, Business or related field.
• Experience in fashion, e-commerce, photography or production is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Hands-on attitude for highly operational activities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, changing priorities, and tight deadlines.
• Proactive, reliable and solution-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent English.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly shooting calendar preparation and updates.
• Ensure products and information are ready before each shooting.
• Assist with daily Photo Studio organization and shooting prep.
• Coordinate missing items and adjust plans to deadlines.
• Track samples, coordinate with Business Units, and manage sample coding and asset linkage.
• Coordinate freelancers, collect quotations and invoices.
• Archive production documentation and trackers.
• Monitor production from shooting to post-production and delivery.
• Support location shoots, travel, equipment and call sheets.
