Job summary

Guess Europe Sagl is seeking a PD Administrator Factory Outlet Intern to support maintaining our product data systems and ensure alignment with global PD and buying teams. In this hybrid, fast‑paced role you will handle style code creation, BOM setup, and weekly system updates, collaborate with designers and buyers, and respect the calendar deadlines while learning fashion product workflows.

Qualifications

Fashion studies background required.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with deadlines.
Fluent in English and proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

CENTRIC SET UP and maintenance
Style code creation and maintenance (style colors, months of delivery, product categories, compositions, made in, suppliers..)
BOM set up and maintenance (styles components, labelling/hangtags definition)
Stealth Push + Enovia
Check projection files received from US and EU buying team to align the system correctly
HTS remarks and duty/freight check
Alignment with system according to buyers and PD requirements during all the workflow, that is, from design step to production
Continuous updating of the system by weekly checking, downloading and controlling that everything is in line with the collection
Awareness of the company calendar timing and ensure that all deadlines are respected system wise
