Job summary

Saya Suka is seeking a dynamic content creator to craft high-engagement posts for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. You’ll own end-to-end content—from reels to carousels—aimed at growing our community and driving Founding Member sign-ups.

You'll work closely with our CMO, receive direct feedback, and have room to take on more marketing topics like campaigns, partnerships, events and performance marketing as you prove yourself. Flexible hours with Zurich-based team days are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of content you created that performed, ideally with numbers.
• Experience with consumer goods: food, beverage, beauty, lifestyle or similar brands.
• Strong feel for trends, hooks and storytelling in short-form video.
• Hands-on skills in shooting and editing on mobile (CapCut or similar).
• Design skills (Canva, Adobe) are a plus.
• Independent, fast and reliable, comfortable owning your channels end to end.
• Interest in sport, longevity, wellbeing or lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Create high-engagement content for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn: Reels, short-form videos, carousels and posts.
• Develop content ideas and formats to grow our community and drive Founding Member sign-ups.
• Capture events, collaborations and behind-the-scenes moments and turn into content quickly.
• Adapt one idea to each platform: playful on TikTok, aesthetic on Instagram, founder- and brand-story on LinkedIn.
• Track performance (reach, engagement, saves, shares) and double down on what works.
• Work with creators, partners and the founding team on campaigns and launches.
