Job summary

TALLY WEiJL Basel HQ is seeking a hands-on Social Media Content Creator to turn fashion ideas into compelling short-form videos. You’ll shoot, edit and post content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and emerging platforms, working closely with brand and creative teams on campaigns that feel native to each channel.

Based on our Basel HQ, this full-time on-site role requires a strong eye for fashion, comfort in front of and behind the camera, and fluency in English to collaborate with our

Qualifications

• A portfolio, personal account or examples that show your eye for engaging social content.
• A strong instinct for TikTok, Instagram and internet culture—you understand the references, the humour and the pace.
• Confidence filming on your phone and editing with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
• An eye for fashion, styling, framing and the details that make a video work.
• The initiative to pitch an idea, grab a camera and get started.
• A collaborative attitude, curiosity and the confidence to try something new.
• English that lets you collaborate comfortably with our international team.
• Availability to work full-time, on-site at Basel HQ.

Responsibilities

• Create, shoot and edit content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories and emerging social platforms.
• Stay plugged into trending sounds, formats, creators, memes and conversations—and spot what makes sense for TALLY.
• Turn our collections into outfit videos, styling moments, behind-the-scenes clips and spontaneous social content.
• Get behind the camera—and feel comfortable stepping in front of it, too.
• Bring colleagues, models and creators into your content, helping them feel natural on camera.
• Take ownership of everyday shoots: find the angle, style the shot, set up the lighting and make it happen.
• Work closely with our brand, social and creative teams to bring campaigns to life in a way that feels native to each platform.
• Keep testing hooks, edits and formats, using performance and community feedback to shape your next idea.
