Job summary
Salona Consulting in Lucerne, Switzerland, seeks a Founder Brand & Communications Intern to work directly with the Founder & CEO. The role focuses on turning expertise, experiences and daily moments into engaging content across LinkedIn and Instagram, building the founder's personal brand and voice within the Croatian community.
You will help plan and execute content, edit simple videos, research topics, and identify opportunities for partnerships.
Qualifications
- Studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, PR, Media, International Relations or related field.
- Strong storytelling ability and social media literacy are essential.
- Excellent written English and comfort with filming/editing basic content.
Responsibilities
- Develop content ideas based on founder's expertise and daily work.
- Plan and maintain a personal-brand content calendar.
- Draft LinkedIn posts, Instagram captions and short-form content.
- Film and edit short-form videos, BTS content and interviews.
- Identify moments for stories and topics around Croatian citizenship and heritage.
- Research Croatian diaspora topics and trends to guide content.
- Develop recurring content formats and series with the founder.
- Support photography and video during company events and travels.
- Monitor content performance and audience resonance.
