Job summary

Lowgile AG is a Swiss startup-style management consulting and technology implementation firm located in Wallisellen. The Senior Consultant role supports clients through digital transformation, AI and automation initiatives across industries.

You will specify requirements, analyse processes end-to-end, and help design architectures while contributing to proposals and business development. The position combines office work with travel to client sites nationally and globally.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in consulting/digital transformation projects.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to present findings to clients.

Responsibilities

• Specify customer requirements through workshops and interviews, define digital strategies and roadmaps.
• Perform process analysis and optimisation focusing on end-to-end digitalisation, from prototype to implementation.
• Evaluate technology, help shape technical design, implementation and architecture.
• Lead project/work stream planning and execution based on prior experience; collect data, develop deliverables and present findings to team and clients.
• Craft proposals and support business development activities alongside client project work.
• Work at our Wallisellen office; travel to client sites nationally and globally as needed.

In your position, you support our clients across all industries on their digital transformation journey. Are you passionate about digital transformation and strategy, AI and automation? Are you eager to join our journey as a startup and grow together with our company?

Your daily work

• You specify customer requirements through workshops and interviews, define digital strategies and roadmaps
• You perform process analysis and optimisation, with a focus on end-to-end digitalisation, and support from prototype to implementation
• You evaluate the appropriate technology, help shape the technical design, implementation and architecture
• Depending on your previous experience, you take on project and work stream planning and execution. You collect data, develop deliverables and present findings to your team and clients
• Alongside your client project work, you craft proposals and support business development activities
• Your role is in our office in Wallisellen (within walking distance of the railway station). However, our clients work nationally and globally and some travel and time with the clients should be expected

Who you are

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, business information or business informatics, or industrial engineering
• You have worked in consulting in the field of digital transformation or IT strategy, and you have gained project experience or project management skills (2 - 5 years of experience)
• You possess the ability to translate customer needs and strategic issues into technical requirements
• You are a team player with excellent communication skills in and English
