IKEA is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead all construction aspects of small to medium-sized building projects. You will ensure safe, compliant, sustainable, and innovative property solutions that meet business needs and serve many people.

You will coordinate stakeholders, manage budgets and permits, and collaborate with authorities, consultants, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Engineering with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a minimum of 7 years of related professional experience.
• Fluent in German and English; French would be an advantage.
• Structured, communicative, and solution-oriented professional with experience in construction project management.

You will:

You are a structured, communicative, and solution-oriented professional with experience in construction project management. You know how to bring different interests together, prepare clear decisions and move projects forward reliably.

Professional background: University degree in Engineering with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a minimum of 7 years of related professional experience.

Way of working: Confident in managing budgets, timelines, permits, stakeholders, and external project partners.

Languages: Fluent in German and English; French would be an advantage.
