Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL is seeking a results-driven practitioner to collaborate across Marketing, Design and Development in defining technical characteristics for new digital products and services. You will ensure alignment with functional, aesthetic quality and financial criteria while contributing to feasibility assessments and business case development.

The role emphasizes independent work, coordinating small teams, and ongoing learning to stay current with technology and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level of education.
• Experience as an unsupervised practitioner.
• Basic experience coordinating the work of others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the development of new products by defining technical characteristics that integrate specifications data and the requirements of Marketing, Design and Development.
• Manage feasibility and assessment work for proposed and current projects, contributing to business case development and review.
• Deliver defined features or outcomes from parts of the development/engineering program, selecting best approaches within established systems.
• Research and interpret data, trends, and benchmarks relevant to digital products/services design.
• Support data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for product/service improvement and implement insights.
• Deliver small project workstreams, executing activities within defined time and quality parameters.
• Explore external developments or emerging issues to evaluate potential impact or usefulness to the organization.
• Support collection of business requirements via interviews, document analysis and workflow analysis.
• Create and maintain high-standard technical/user documentation with backups for recovery.
• Develop personal capabilities through assessment planning, formal/informal training and coaching; obtain external accreditation when relevant.
• Maintain understanding of technology, regulation, and industry best practices via education, conferences, and reading.

• Deliver defined features, functionality, or outcomes from designated parts of the development/engineering program, selecting the best available approach within established systems.
• Research and interpret data, trends, and benchmarks relevant to digital products/services design to inform development strategies.
• Support data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for product/service improvement and implement actionable insights.
• Deliver small project workstreams, executing specified project activities within defined time and quality parameters, ensuring adherence to the prescribed project management methodology.
• Explore and develop a basic understanding of external developments or emerging issues, contributing to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.
• Support the collection of business requirements using various methods, such as interviews, document analysis, and workflow analysis, to express requirements clearly and succinctly.
• Create and maintain high-standard technical and/or user documentation, ensuring backup files are available for instant recovery if problems occur.
• Develop personal capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
• Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
• Possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education.
• Demonstrate experience as an unsupervised practitioner.
• Exhibit basic experience in coordinating the work of others.
