Job summary

Swatch Group is seeking a Business Analyst PLM to drive PLM evolution and digital transformation across our watchmaking brands. You will develop end-to-end processes on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and translate business requirements into Dassault Systèmes solutions.

You will lead projects through requirements, implementation, testing, deployment and post-go-live support, acting as a Simulation Service Owner for tools like SIMULIA, Ansys, Forge, and Sigmasoft.

Qualifications

• Degree in microtechnology, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• Understanding of product design, development and industrialization processes.
• Nice to have PLM, simulation and CAD knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own PLM evolution projects and support digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end processes on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

Job description

As a Business Analyst PLM, you will:

• Act as co-owner of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) evolution projects and contribute to the Swatch Group’s digital transformation initiatives
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end processes within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
• Analyze business requirements and design innovative solutions leveraging Dassault Systèmes technologies
• Lead and coordinate projects from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Serve as Simulation Service Owner for Swatch Group companies, managing solutions such as SIMULIA (Abaqus, Simpack, CST Studio), Ansys, Forge, and Sigmasoft
• Provide functional and technical support to Simulation users across the Group
• Manage projects using both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) methodologies in collaboration with Swatch Group brands and manufacturing entities
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including the migration of companies to the 3DEXPERIENCE collaborative platform
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the continuous improvement of PLM processes and solutions

Professional Requirements

• Technical degree, Higher Technical School diploma (Swiss HF/ES) or equivalent qualification in Microtechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Product Development, or a related field
• Good understanding of product design, development and industrialization processes, ideally within the microtechnology and/or watchmaking industry
• Knowledge of PLM solutions, Simulation (FEM, MBD, EM) and/or CAD environments would be an asset
• Knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE and/or CATIA V5 would be an advantage

Languages

• Native French or German speaker with good working knowledge of the other language
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
