YOUR TASKS IN THIS ROLE ARE:

• The care and maintenance of outdoor facilities, green spaces, and paved hard surfaces.
• The proper separation, disposal, and management of waste and recyclable materials.
• Collaboration in the structural and technical maintenance of buildings and facilities.
• Carrying out winter services to ensure operational and traffic safety on the premises.
• Performing maintenance, intermediate, and deep cleaning in the buildings.
• Competent support and assistance to our users regarding matters related to the property.
• Substituting for colleagues in the caretaker area.

YOUR PROFILE FITS EXCELLENTLY IF YOU:

• Have completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ), specialising in building services, or have a comparable qualification.
• Possess good oral and written German skills.
• Ideally have some professional experience and a flair for the requirements of school operations.
• Contribute to constructive exchange with your commitment, strong customer orientation, and reliable manner.
• Distinguish yourself through an independent, efficient, and service-oriented working style.
• Have PC user skills and ideally hold a category B driving licence.
