The City of Illnau-Effretikon is seeking two service‑oriented caretakers to manage municipal properties, especially schools and kindergartens. The role emphasizes outdoor maintenance, waste management, and collaboration on building upkeep.

Ideal candidates hold EFZ in building services or an equivalent qualification, have good German skills, and demonstrate a customer‑focused, independent work style. A Category B driving license is beneficial.

Formación

• Completed vocational training in facility management or similar.
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• Customer-oriented, efficient, and independent work style.

Responsabilidades

• Care and maintenance of outdoor facilities, green spaces, and paved hard surfaces.
• Separation, disposal, and management of waste and recyclables.
• Collaboration in structural and technical maintenance of buildings and facilities.
• Winter services to ensure operational and traffic safety on the premises.
• Maintenance and cleaning in buildings (intermediate and deep).
• Providing user support regarding property matters and substituting for colleagues as needed.
