Zusammenfassung

Union Bancaire Privée (UBP) in Geneva invites applications for a Data & Process Analyst to join the Compliance Projects & Tools team. You will analyze current compliance processes, map data flows, and propose clearer, automated ways to run them, leveraging AI-enabled tools where suitable.

You will gather requirements, write specifications, prepare tests, and document expected tool behavior, working closely with Compliance and IT.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled at EPFL (or an equivalent Swiss university) in a Bachelor's final year or Master's program in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering or another quantitative discipline
• Solid foundation in statistics and data handling; academic or personal projects involving AI are a plus

Aufgaben

• Map and document compliance processes, controls and data flows, and identify simplification or automation opportunities
• Extract, clean and structure data from several internal banking systems in order to answer precise compliance questions
• Build small scripts and prototypes, mainly in Python and SQL, to automate recurring manual tasks / reportings and reduce operational effort
• Contribute to Compliance projects end to end: requirements, specifications, test cases and user acceptance testing
• Turn analytical findings into clear, concise material that non-technical stakeholders and management can act upon
