Job summary

Intellectual Capital Resources Ltd seeks a Senior Compiler Engineer to design and implement a compiler stack for a novel computing architecture with Zurich preference and remote across Europe. You will build IRs, passes, lowering pipelines and hardware-aware optimisations for efficient execution on the target architecture.

You will work closely with the founders and hardware engineers on hardware-software co-design, define interfaces across compiler, runtime and architecture layers, and

Qualifications

• Strong modern C++ development experience.
• Professional compiler engineering experience using LLVM, MLIR or a comparable compiler infrastructure.
• A solid understanding of intermediate representations, compiler passes, lowering and optimisation.
• Experience working close to hardware or targeting processors, accelerators or custom silicon.
• The ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
• An interest in taking ownership and helping build a technology platform from the ground up.
• Experience developing compilers for GPUs, NPUs, DSPs, FPGAs or other specialised accelerators would be particularly relevant.
