Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, economics, management, project management, or purchasing.
• 1–2 years of buyer experience in automotive, construction equipment, aviation, or railway sectors.
• Proficiency in French, and English.
• Proficient with ERP, SharePoint, and MS Office.
• Organized, flexible, analytical, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of a purchasing portfolio; analyze portfolio, sort offers, update prices, and handle admin tasks.
• Manage supplier relationships: sourcing, RFQs, price negotiations, contracts, long-term agreements, business reviews, QDCF.
• Draft supplier performance reports and manage supplier-related risks and crises; drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate supplier evaluations with the supplier quality management department and support audits.
• Implement cost-reduction activities and monitor follow-up; identify best technical solutions to guarantee design-to-cost (DTC).
