Mandarin Oriental, Geneva is seeking a Commis de Cuisine to join the Kitchen team. The role supports the preparation, production and presentation of dishes for Ottolenghi, reporting to the Chef de Cuisine.

Based in Mandarin Oriental, Geneva, you will assist in maintaining mise en place, uphold hygiene standards, and learn advanced culinary techniques within a luxury hospitality environment.

About The Job

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Geneva, within the Culinary Department, the Commis de Cuisine assists in the preparation, production, and presentation of dishes for Ottolenghi. The Commis de Cuisine reports directly to the Chef de Cuisine.
