Job summary

Completed training as a Polymechanic or CNC Machinist or equivalent.
Several years of experience in CNC milling is advantageous.
Good ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Experience with CNC control systems.

Responsibilities

Independently set up, operate, and monitor CNC milling machines (3-axis/5-axis).
Program and optimize CNC programs (Siemens).
Manufacture parts and small to medium production batches from technical drawings.
Select, prepare, and change tools.
Monitor processes and ensure dimensional and geometric accuracy.
Perform quality inspections using standard measuring equipment.
Maintain and service machines and troubleshoot minor faults.
Comply with safety, quality, and delivery requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement processes.
