Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Evangelist in Switzerland to help developers deploy and scale applications on cloud-native platforms. You’ll author guides, support onboarding, and demonstrate best practices for Kubernetes, containers, and DevOps in a remote-first startup.

You’ll work with engineering, product, and customer teams to translate complex concepts into practical resources, contribute to product development, and engage with developer communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerisation from studies, projects, internships, or work.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and DevOps practices.
• Excellent written communication in English for docs, tutorials, and guides.
• Ability to research topics independently and translate findings into actionable instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Create high‑quality technical guides, tutorials, and docs showing how to deploy open‑source projects on the platform.
• Be the first point of contact for deployment questions, helping customers troubleshoot and find solutions.
• Lead onboarding sessions and explain platform capabilities and best practices for workloads.
• Research open‑source projects to develop useful deployment guides and resources.
• Develop deep knowledge of the platform and cloud-native ecosystem, including Kubernetes.
• Support technical demos during sales calls to illustrate product capabilities and use cases.
• Identify recurring challenges and work with product/engineering to improve UX.
• Document customer success stories and deployment patterns to help developers learn.
• Engage with local developer communities through meetups and discussions.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to influence product roadmaps.
• Stay updated on cloud-native tech, Kubernetes, containers, and DevOps best practices.
• Attend industry events ~twice a year to connect with developers.
