Us3 Consulting is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer with Python for a long-term contract based in Bioggio, Ticino, Switzerland. The role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying modular cloud-based systems for a globally leading tech client.

You will build automation using Python and draw.io, integrate with the DevOps pipeline, and optimize infrastructure with Terraform across AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI. Strong communication and problem solving are essential, and a Bachelor's or Master’s

Qualifikationen

• Proven work experience as a Cloud Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proficient Terraform coding on at least one major cloud platform (AWS/OCI/Azure/GCP).
• Strong proficiency in Python development.
• Good understanding of DevOps methodologies and GitHub project management.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and deploy modular cloud-based systems.
• Develop and maintain cloud solutions following industry best practices.
• Build and maintain an architecture automation framework using Python and draw.io, integrated with the DevOps pipeline for deploying client environments on the cloud.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure challenges.
• Enforce standardization and improve efficiency within the architecture team, providing support for Architecture Blueprint design and development in Python.
• Regularly review existing systems and recommend improvements and cost optimization measures.
