Job summary

Cumberland Heights Foundation, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Associate Team Leader to guide Clinical Associates within a treatment department.

You will serve as the primary contact with the treatment team, coordinate staffing, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures while supporting a therapeutic community. Ideal candidates have strong communications skills, crisis de-escalation abilities, and experience in addictions treatment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required with Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One year experience in addictions treatment preferred.
• CPRS certification is preferred but not required.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to quickly learn and use various clinical software.

Responsibilities

• Communicates pertinent information regarding patients and milieu to the clinical team and Director as needed.
• Manages staffing for Clinical Associates for the assigned area; notifies Coordinator/Director of issues.
• Delegates assignments based on patient and program needs.
• Orients and trains new Clinical Associates on department policies and procedures and relevant technology.
• Works with Nursing Shift Supervisor to resolve crises in a therapeutic manner.
• Carries out all of the specific job responsibilities of a Clinical Associate as applicable.
