Job summary

TrueScripts Management Services is seeking a Clinical Operations Specialist to provide operational and administrative support for clinical programs and formulary management. This role collaborates across Clinical, Operations, Client Services, Account Management, Implementation, Compliance, and Pharmacy Network, ensuring processes are organized, documented, and executed efficiently.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to coordinate among multiple teams

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, insurance, benefits, operations, or related environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
• Demonstrated ability to identify issues, follow through on commitments, and proactively communicate status.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational and administrative support for TrueScripts clinical programs.
• Coordinate timelines, tasks, documentation, and follow‑up associated with clinical program development and implementation.
• Maintain program documentation, workflows, process guides, and supporting materials.
• Track program‑related action items, deadlines, deliverables, and outstanding decisions.
• Assist with preparing materials, reports, presentations, and communications related to clinical programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure program changes are communicated and implemented appropriately.
• Help identify operational gaps, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve clinical program processes.
