Job summary

ETH Zurich invites applications for a student assistant role supporting the Climate Innovation CAS executive programme. The role combines communications tasks—refreshing the ETH landing pages—and event management, coordinating lunches, site visits and Alumni dinner for spring semester 2027.

This fixed-term position for six months offers 8–16 hours per week with flexible scheduling around lectures. Start dates are by arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's student at a Swiss university in natural or social sciences.
• Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new software.
• Experience with administration or event management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Populate the web CMS with refreshed content and run basic desktop research.
• Conduct simple data analysis and translate results into charts.
• Organise programme lunches on 18 days and one Alumni dinner.
• Plan 4–5 excursions and support event delivery during spring semester 2027.
