Job summary

ETH Zurich is seeking a Student Assistant for Strategic Trends 2027 in Zurich (20-40%). You will help publish the volume by working with editors, authors and a graphic designer to prepare infographics and graphics, identify sources and databases, and proofread material.

The role supports outreach after publication and requires current enrollment at a Swiss university, strong analytical skills and excellent English.

Job description

• You will contribute to the publication of Strategic Trends 2027 and work closely with the editors, authors, and graphic designer to prepare graphics for individual analytical chapters. This will include identifying suitable sources and databases; collecting data for infographics and preparing them for design; and graphics and general proofreading.
• You will also support the outreach and promotional activities following the publication of the volume.

It is a fixed-term position (November 2026 through April 2027).

Profile

• You have to be enrolled at a Swiss university.
• Excellent analytical skills and high proficiency in English are essential.
• A background in international relations and proficiency in statistics and data visualization is desirable.
