Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a motivated candidate to support the Private Wealth sales team with day-to-day tasks, build high-quality marketing materials and respond to client requests. You will work closely with Partners Group internal teams, handle ad-hoc projects and deepen expertise in private markets and investment strategies.

Fluent English required; university degree and strong project management, analytical and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience in sales or banking is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of the financial services industry.
• Excellent spoken and written English; other languages are an advantage.
• Ability to take ownership and manage multiple processes.
• Experience in sales, product management, private banking, consulting or investment banking preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with Partners Group internal teams and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Support the team across open-ended and closed-ended funds in day-to-day tasks
• Create tailored, persuasive and high-quality marketing materials and responses to client requests
• Assist with client queries and performance updates
• Serve as a point of contact with Partners Group internal teams and other stakeholders
• Handle ad-hoc projects as required
• Develop expertise in private markets, Partners Group's platform, products and investment strategies across asset classes
• Build professional and technical knowledge to work independently with senior sales professionals and respond to client queries
• Support client acquisition and maintenance for the Private Wealth segment
