Aufgaben

• Coordinate office-related activities for Zurich and Geneva.
• Plan, organize, and execute industry events, conferences, and roadshows.
• Coordinate event and marketing budget planning with local sales and central marketing teams.
• Oversee production and quality control of marketing materials, including proofreading.
• Provide comprehensive support to sales teams on internal processes and client requests.
• Act as Salesforce expert and maintain data accuracy in CRM systems.
• Monitor and coordinate ad hoc projects across teams and functions.
• Serve as local IT coordinator for hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices.
• Prepare client presentations, reports, and meeting materials for Relationship Managers.
• Support day-to-day client requests with Sales Support and Client Servicing teams.
• Update client data in CRM for accurate pipeline tracking and reporting.
• Contribute to internal reporting by collecting and structuring data.
