Job summary

Die Schweizerische Post AG is seeking a Technical Product Manager for CIAM to shape authentication, authorization and digital identity services. You will define the CIAM roadmap, translate business needs into technical specs and lead epics from ideation to rollout.

You’ll collaborate with business teams, architects and security experts to ensure secure, seamless access across services while aligning with security and customer experience goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IAM and CIAM.
• Proven track record as technical product manager or similar role.
• University degree in informatics/IT/cybersecurity or related field with relevant certifications.
• Solid understanding of CIAM architectures, identity governance, and lifecycle processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the CIAM vision, roadmap and development.
• Ensure secure, seamless access to digital services via CIAM features.
• Act as central contact for business stakeholders, architects, security and development teams.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements; write epics, user stories and specs.
• As Epic Owner, manage CIAM initiatives from ideation to rollout and testing.
• Align CIAM solutions with security strategies and customer experience goals.
• Manage product backlog with prioritization and transparency.
