Zusammenfassung

Pureon AG in Lengwil, Switzerland, seeks Global Head of QEHS to lead Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety strategy across the group, reporting to the COO. You will provide global QEHS leadership, drive ISO certifications (9001/14001/45001), and ensure regulatory compliance while acting as Site QEHS Manager for Lengwil.

The role demands 8–10 years QEHS leadership in international manufacturing, fluent English and German, travel, and a hands-on, strategic mindset.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Quality Management, or a related field
8-10 years QEHS experience in international environment
Experience in international manufacturing and high-tech environments
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt; Black Belt advantageous
Leadership, communication and change management skills
Fluent in English and German
Willingness to travel internationally

Aufgaben

Develop and execute global QEHS strategy across the Pureon Group
Standardize QEHS processes and drive continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry requirements
Lead global audits, certifications, risk management, and KPI reporting
Provide coaching to QEHS teams and act as Crisis Management Officer during incidents
Oversee Site QEHS activities at Lengwil and monitor KPIs
