Ikerian in Bern, Switzerland, a fast-growing medical device software company, is seeking a Head of Operations. Following its EssilorLuxottica acquisition, you will lead the evolution from startup to world-class subsidiary, ensuring a robust, compliant, and transparent operational framework.

You will drive an integrated Operating System that synchronizes Research, Development, and Commercial engines, align cross-functional teams, and scale the dual‑business model with governance and knowledge

Qualifikationen

• MBA/PhD preferred given the technical nature of our products.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in MedTech Software/Health IT.
• Proven track record in building and professionalizing operating systems to synchronize cross-functional teams.
• Strong governance and regulatory familiarity (FDA/MDR) and experience with Quality Management Systems.

Aufgaben

• Direct the company’s core operational departments, providing executive leadership to PMO, QRA, and HR heads.
• Implement a structured Operating System to synchronize deployment and align development with commercial readiness.
• Scale the dual-business model while professionalizing HR and operational processes.
• Modernize the internal knowledge infrastructure and digital workspace as a single Source of Truth.
• Design and lead the company-wide objective-setting framework to translate CEO/Board goals into measurable targets.
• Oversee vendor management and ensure compliance with external service providers.
