You will own ERP architecture end-to-end, evaluate Odoo vs migration, and build a scalable supply chain function, including inventory, vendor relations, and manufacturing coordination.

This role requires 10–15+ years in leadership, hardware background, travel up to 20%, onsite in St-Sulpice.

Qualifikationen

• 10-15+ years in manufacturing operations with leadership experience.
• Hardware/semiconductor or precision-manufacturing background required.
• Experience in fast-paced data centre supply chains is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Onsite in St-Sulpice, Switzerland.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic alignment across account management, sales, finance, vendors, contract manufacturers, host facilities and the executive team.
• Own end-to-end ERP architecture and processes from PO to revenue recognition.
• Evaluate whether Odoo is suitable or if migration is needed.
• Manage RMA across the company.
• Balance customer demand with capacity and plan accordingly.
• Build and manage internal supply chain team and establish a logistics function.
• Coordinate inventory management with CFO on working capital.
• Maintain vendor relationships with dual sourcing and business continuity.
• Ensure trade compliance and customer-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with VP of Manufacturing to optimize the manufacturing footprint.
