Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Switzerland seeks a VP Fund Management to create and scale an institutional BTC-denominated investment fund. You will own the investment strategy, risk controls, and investor relations from inception, building a governance framework and reporting backbone in a remote-first environment.

The role combines traditional asset management with Bitcoin market knowledge, DeFi, and on-chain yield opportunities, reporting to independent directors and overseeing external service providers.

Qualifications

• Senior-level investment management experience with P&L responsibility.
• Track record of managing regulated funds or institutional mandates (>$100m AUM).
• Deep Bitcoin market knowledge and DeFi familiarity.
• Experience with fund offering documents, NAV calculations, audits, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define investment strategy, risk framework, and asset allocation for an BTC-denominated institutional fund.
• Lead fundraising and investor relations with foundations, ecosystem funds, and institutional allocators.
• Oversee governance, compliance, reporting, and relationships with directors and service providers.
• Build and lead a lean investment team and ensure scalable, compliant operations.
