The role combines deep technical credibility with people leadership, guiding GenAI, ML engineering, and analytics across the organization while partnering with business units to drive measurable KPIs and strategic outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/DS/Engineering/Statistics (PhD a plus).
• 12+ years in data science / ML with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven production-grade AI/ML systems at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on familiarity with GenAI stack: LLMs, RAG, vector DBs, agent frameworks.
• Strong MLOps/AIOps, cloud platforms, containers, and CI/CD for ML.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and communicate impact to executives.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional programs.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute a multi-year AI/ML roadmap across four operations.
• Advise executive leadership on emerging technologies and their business applications.
• Establish governance for responsible AI, model risk, data privacy and compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Lead GenAI platform design and scaling (LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines).
• Drive adoption of GenAI copilots and autonomous agents across use cases.
• Own CI/CD for models, monitoring, drift detection, retraining pipelines, observability.
• Standardize ML platform stack across the organization.
• Oversee statistical/ML models for business functions (demand, pricing, churn).
• Collaborate with HVAC and data center teams on energy efficiency and optimization.
