Job summary

ITech Consult AG in Switzerland is seeking a Chemical Laboratory Technician to join our QC team. You will perform inspection and testing of reagents and materials, document results, and ensure GMP-compliant records and reports while coordinating with QA, Purchasing and Production.

The ideal candidate holds EFZ in chemical lab or a B.Sc. in Chemistry, has at least 1 year in a lab, and offers good data accuracy, teamwork and familiarity with GMP; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a chemical laboratory assistant (EFZ) or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a laboratory environment.
• Experience in quality control and GMP documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Incoming goods inspection, intermediate inspection, final inspection and stability control of reagents and materials.
• Evaluation of test results and documentation of analysis results.
• Ensuring and documenting GMP-compliant processes and records.
• Creating reports and general laboratory documents.
• Execution of SAP transactions and supporting laboratory planning.

Job description

• Incoming goods inspection, intermediate inspection, final inspection and stability control of S&C reagents as well as


• Raw materials, intermediate products and finished products


• Evaluation of test results and documentation of analysis results


• Ensuring and documentation in accordance with GxP guidelines


• Creating reports and general documents


• Communication, interaction and collaboration with internal interfaces (e.g.


• Production, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, Facility Management)


• Review of analysis results and test documentation


• Execution of SAP transactions


• Assistance with laboratory organization and planning, as well as maintaining laboratory routines

Must Haves:

• Education/Studies: completed vocational training as a chemical laboratory assistant (EFZ) or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry


• Professional experience: Experience in a laboratory environment (minimum 1 year) required; experience in quality control, physical-


• Chemical tests or medical laboratory diagnostics are advantageous.


• GMP experience required? Experience with GMP (especially good documentation practices)
