As part of the DCFO Performance & Efficiency Management team, you will explore balance sheet activities, performance management, and driving sustainable profit growth by partnering across CFO departments and key

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business with strong grades.
• Initial practical experience in Financial Services.
• Strong analytical and quantitative mindset with data-driven insights.
• Foundational programming concepts through academic projects or coursework.
• Fluency in English and German; global mindset and learning appetite.
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland for the duration of the internship.

Aufgaben

• Enhancement of risk-return monitoring for balance sheet‑related activities.
• Support development of analytics and reporting for forward‑looking financial performance.
• Reporting and analysis of P&L and balance sheet across GPS, CIOO, Credit & Treasury.
• Support project managers in planning, coordination and tracking of initiatives.
• Contribute to Capital and Liquidity optimization initiatives and other projects.
