Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. is seeking a proactive intern to join the CFO Office in Zurich for 6–12 months, with a potential path to full-time employment. You will support analyses, prepare materials for governing bodies, and contribute to process improvements.

The role requires strong analytical skills, MS Office proficiency (Excel/PowerPoint), and English fluency. Tableau experience is a plus, and the candidate should be able to work independently in a dynamic finance environment.

Qualifikationen

• University student (Bachelor or Master level) or recent graduate
• Strong analytical capabilities and conceptual thinking
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Tableau experience is a plus
• Proactive, able to work independently, strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English; German/French or other languages are a plus

Aufgaben

• Support in preparing analyses and meeting material for the group CFO, e.g. Board/Executive Board meetings
• Perform financial analyses of trends for balance sheet and P&L
• Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements and reporting
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and analytical tasks
• Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders on deliverables
• Help manage recurring/compliance tasks and intranet pages for CFO Division
• Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences and town halls
• Manage administrative tasks independently
