Job summary

Golden Hawk Invest AG, a Swiss asset manager based in Pfäffikon SZ, seeks an accomplished CEO to lead strategic expansion into Life Sciences and AI, with emphasis on the UK and Eastern Europe. The role requires international leadership, strong fundraising and deal execution across asset management, private equity and M&A.

You will define strategy with the Board, build partnerships with investors, and drive growth while maintaining integrity and a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Top-tier Life Science Entrepreneurship degree from a leading university.
• Extensive experience in Life Sciences and AI sectors.
• Several years of international leadership in financial services.
• Proven track record in corporate finance, M&A, fundraising.
• Ability to identify new markets, especially in the UK and Eastern Europe.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the corporate strategy with the Board of Directors.
• Lead investment activities across asset and portfolio management, M&A, private equity.
• Identify new markets and strategic partnerships in Life Sciences and AI.
• Drive fundraising initiatives and expand the investor network.
• Develop and mentor the management team to uphold a culture of excellence.
