Pictet Group in Zurich seeks an experienced Safekeeping & Cash Desk Specialist to join their Custody, Reporting & Regulatory Services division. The role covers cash operations, central funds, and safekeeping for clients and the bank’s offices in Zurich and Basel.

The ideal candidate holds a commercial apprenticeship with 2–3 years banking experience, strong IT skills, and fluency in German and English. French is a plus, and residency in Switzerland is required.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent further education.
• Two to three years’ banking experience, preferably with cash operations and central funds.
• Experience with high-end clientele.
• Strong IT skills and proficiency in common applications.
• Strong team player with ability to work independently.
• Flexible with excellent interpersonal skills and professional manners.
• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
• Resident in Switzerland.

Aufgaben

• Manage cash operations for Zurich and Basel branches (withdrawals, deposits, currency exchange).
• Oversee central fund and currency stock levels; ensure ATM terminals operate smoothly and are refilled.
• Handle physical securities, precious metals, coins, cheques; coordinate money transport.
• Manage safe deposit boxes for clients and staff (opening, closing, maintenance).
• Provide administrative and secretarial support (mail handling, office supplies, gifts).
• Organize and coordinate internal and external events.
