Zusammenfassung

Recrutis is supporting a leading biopharmaceutical site in Valais, Switzerland, in the search for a CAPEX Planner to own planning and scheduling of a portfolio of capital projects from design through commissioning.

The assignment is 100% on site, long-term consulting, starting ASAP and running until end of July 2027. Requirements include Primavera P6 expertise, 5+ years in large capital projects, EPCM experience, English fluency, and EU/EFTA nationality.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience planning large capital projects (CHF 20 million+) from design through commissioning and start-up.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
• EU/EFTA nationality required.

Aufgaben

• Develop, monitor and update integrated project plans and schedules across all project stages.
• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule-basis documents for approval by project teams.
• Assess impacts on critical paths, monitor deviations and variances, and support corrective actions.
• Issue periodic progress reports, trend charts and schedule analyses, and maintain records of scope changes.
• Facilitate scheduling meetings and interactive planning sessions, and support resource loading across the portfolio.
