The ideal candidate will have Cisco switching expertise, Meraki AP experience, Fortinet knowledge, and CCNA/CCNP certifications. Travel to client sites may be required; strong communication is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Completed education or degree in IT or an equivalent qualification.
• Professional networking experience, ideally Campus LAN environments.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites.
• Fluent German and good English for international clients.

Aufgaben

• Perform installations, configurations, and maintenance of Campus LAN environments on customer sites.
• Consult and support customers in planning and implementing network projects.
• Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis, providing technical support for network issues.
• Document all completed work and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
