Dufour Aerospace AG in Zürich is seeking an experienced CAMO Engineer who also acts as Training Coordinator to support certification, fleet readiness and regulatory compliance. You will develop training material for maintenance personnel, ground crews and flight crews, and coordinate internal and external trainings to meet EASA requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering or EASA Part-66 license.
• Proven experience in aviation configuration management and change control processes.
• Strong technical writing with the ability to translate engineering data into compliant training/documents.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to collaborate across technical teams.

Aufgaben

• Develop, update, and maintain Training Material for Maintenance Personnel, Ground Personnel and Flight Crews (Pilots/UAS Operators).
• Coordinate and schedule internal and external training activities to support fleet readiness; ensure regulatory compliance (EASA 2019/945).
• Execute CAMO tasks to guarantee safety, regulatory compliance and dispatch reliability; update AMP.
• Assist with AMM/AFM documentation and incorporate feedback into revisions and new designs.
