Zusammenfassung

Dufour Aerospace invites an experienced CAMO Engineer who also serves as Training Coordinator to join our crew in Switzerland. You will oversee continuing airworthiness activities, update maintenance programs, and drive training initiatives for maintenance teams and flight crews.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, safety, reliability, and close collaboration with engineering, safety and operations to optimize fleet availability.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent proven aviation experience.
• Deep understanding of EASA Rules for Air Operations / Continuing Airworthiness regulations.
• Proven experience in aviation Configuration Management and aircraft records.

Aufgaben

• Develop, update and maintain Training Material for Maintenance, Ground Personnel and Flight Crews.
• Coordinate and schedule internal and external training to support fleet readiness.
• Ensure training programs comply with EASA Regulation (EU) 2019/945 and other applicable authorities.
