Qualifications

• Technical high school diploma is required.
• At least 1 year of work experience in a mechanical engineering company is required.
• Knowledge of English language is required; German fluency is expected.
• Experience in metrology is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Managing the life cycle of a measuring instrument according to internal procedures.
• Carrying out calibrations according to internal procedures.
• Reading a mechanical drawing relating to the construction of a measuring instrument.
• Production support for the supply of control instruments.
• Production support for production downtimes related to malfunctions of measuring instruments.
• Execution of enquiries and orders for new test instruments.
• Requesting quotes and placing orders for the purchase of new measuring instruments.
• Managing calibration nonconformities in accordance with internal procedures.
