Anton Paar is seeking a Field Service Technician for laboratory instruments to service customers in Western Switzerland (100%). You will perform preventive maintenance, calibration, installation and on-site customer training.

Travel within Switzerland is expected; a valid Category B driving license is required and French with good German skills are essential (English a plus). The position offers performance-based compensation and modern working conditions.

• Fluent in French and good German; English advantageous.
• Experience servicing laboratory instruments preferred.
• Valid Category B driving license.

Responsabilités

• Plan and perform maintenance, repairs, and GMP qualifications of laboratory instruments for pharma and beverage customers.
• Prepare maintenance reports and qualification documentation.
• Prepare quotations and cost estimates.
• Provide technical sales support and customer consultancy.
• Carry out in-house repairs.

Field Service Technician for Laboratory Instruments (m/f/d) - Region: Western Switzerland (100%)

As a Field Service Technician, you will provide on-site service for our laboratory and process instrumentation, including preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, and customer training.

Your Responsibilities

• Planning and performing maintenance and repair work, as well as installations and GMP qualifications of laboratory measuring instruments for customers in the pharmaceutical and beverage industries
• Preparing maintenance reports and qualification documentation
• Preparing quotations and cost estimates
• Providing technical sales support and customer consultancy
• Carrying out in-house repairs

Your Profile

• Qualification as an Automation Technician, Electromechanical Technician, or Electrical Engineering Technician, ideally with further education as a Higher Technical College (HF) Technician
• Preferably experience in the servicing of laboratory instruments
• Valid Category B driving licence
• Languages: French and good German skills required; English is an advantage
