Zusammenfassung

Jet Aviation Basel is seeking a hands-on leader to build aircraft interiors, crafting cabins that blend functionality and elegance for premium travel.

You’ll manage 5–10 technicians, coordinate across engineering, and ensure on-time delivery within budget while adhering to aviation standards. Proficiency in SAP and familiarity with CMM/AMM/OMM docs are required; English fluent, German or French a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Strong leadership and coaching abilities for coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Proven background in aviation with knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance standards.
• Experience in project management including budget and timelines.
• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and documentation (CMM/AMM/OMM/PR).
• Comfort using SAP for tracking parts, defects and closures.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily morning meetings to define priorities and plan tasks.
• Direct a team of 5–10 technicians on cabin projects and manage timesheets.
• Estimate manpower needs and align resources with project demands.
• Oversee cabin installation and sequencing on aircraft; monitor shops and progress.
• Collaborate with Engineering to resolve issues and clarify drawings.
• Participate in aircraft meetings to track milestones.
• Open defect reports and ensure timely parts orders.
• Follow procedures (PR, CMM, OMM, AMM); close in SAP.
• Monitor budget and schedule, ensuring on-time delivery within scope.
