Jet Aviation Basel is seeking a Supervisor to lead and coordinate the team on wide/narrow body completion and MTX projects. You will work proactively with other supervisors to develop the global team and ensure flawless execution, meeting time, budget, and safety requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience in aviation
• Experience leading a team
• Familiar with Part 145 and Part 21G regulations
• Fluent in English (B2) or higher; French or German a plus

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and develop weekly planning with the Manager
• Supervise installation tasks within completion projects, ensuring quality and schedule goals
• Liaise with internal customers and providers on problems/modifications
• Ensure proper use of tools/equipment and traceability
• Maintain safety, 5S, and team organization
• Contribute to interviews and hiring of new team members
