SWISS invites applications for Cabin Crew Member based in Zurich to represent our legendary hospitality at 30,000 feet, ensuring safety, comfort and exceptional service. You will join a dynamic team, with extensive training and opportunities to progress to Maître de Cabine or First-Class Cabin Crew.

Candidates should have very good German and English skills (spoken and written), complete vocational training (EFZ) or higher, and be willing to work irregular hours.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Min. 18 years old with no upper age limit.
• Min height 155 cm and ability to reach Zurich Airport within 75 minutes.

• Maintaining a professional appearance even with irregular working hours and unexpectedly extended assignments.

What We’re Looking For

• Swiss or EU/EFTA passport – essential for employment.
• Minimum age: 18 years at the time of application (no upper age limit).
• Minimum height: 155 cm.
• Ability to reach Zurich Airport within 75 minutes – punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Good swimming skills – a safety requirement.
• Willingness to receive vaccinations with vaccines approved in Switzerland (including COVID-19, yellow fever, etc.).
• Very good German and English skills (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
• Completed vocational training (EFZ) or higher education (e.g., Matura).
• Service-oriented, team player, reliable, and responsible – you embody these qualities.
• Self-reflective and willing to develop professionally – you're committed to continuous improvement.
• Flexible and adaptable – comfortable working irregular hours and adapting to changing schedules.
• Well-groomed appearance – tattoos are generally permitted except on the face and ears.
• Completed basic military training, if subject to military service.
