Qualifikationen

To support the next stage of its development, we are looking for an experienced Business Unit Leader to define and execute the global strategy for its RFID business.

Your Role

This is a senior leadership position with full responsibility for the growth, profitability and long-term success of an international RFID business.

You will define the business strategy, oversee the product portfolio and drive commercial expansion across existing and emerging markets. Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales and Operations, you'll ensure innovative products successfully translate into profitable business opportunities.

You will also represent the company within the global RFID and IoT ecosystem, strengthening strategic partnerships, engaging key customers and identifying new technologies and market opportunities.

As the leader of a multidisciplinary team, you'll foster a culture of innovation, accountability and execution while ensuring strong financial performance and sustainable growth.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a commercially minded technology leader with a strong understanding of RFID and connected technologies.

To Succeed In This Role, You Should Have

• At least 10 years of experience within the semiconductor, RFID, connectivity or related high-tech industries.
• Proven success leading a Business Unit, Product Management, Business Development or Strategic Marketing organisation.
• Strong financial leadership with proven ownership of P&L, revenue growth and profitability.
• Deep knowledge of RFID technologies, applications and the broader IoT ecosystem.
• An established international network within RFID, semiconductor or connected technology markets.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and strategic communication skills.
• Fluent English. French and/or German would be an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to the Neuchâtel region of Switzerland.
