Responsibilities

• Capture and document functional requirements for dev teams.
• Develop functional specifications from business requirements into data flows and mappings.
• Configure standard rules within product solutions.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, analyze existing processes and systems, translate business needs into structured functional requirements, and support technology solutions throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and systems and document inefficiencies, control gaps and relevant KPIs.
• Lead process design and redesign activities and identify associated change-management impacts.
• Contribute to feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis before new system design.
• Capture and document functional requirements and manage them through handover to development/build teams.
• Develop functional specifications by translating business requirements into data flows, mappings and configuration-ready requirements.
• Configure standard rules within product solutions.
