Zusammenfassung

Partners Group is seeking a Business Analyst to run, develop and optimize the PRIMERA Connect CRM for the Investment Platform. You will work with business stakeholders and developers to refine data entry and reporting for pipeline and relationship management, while managing the CRM implementation budget and ensuring compliance with operating models.

Qualifikationen

• 3–7 years of experience in business analysis, project management and/or investment operations.
• Strong interest in investment data, digital tools and AI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.

Aufgaben

• Help stakeholders define needs, develop solutions and write specifications; ensure capabilities can be reused across the platform
• Test and sign off on new functionalities; coordinate release cycles; assist with data migration and change management
• Safeguard data model fitness and assess impact of changes prior to release
• Coordinate with Technology to embed PRIMERA Connect in PG's architecture and avoid redundancies
• Ensure compliance with information sharing and data retention policies
• Manage external consultants; oversee vendor performance and contracts
• Manage CRM implementation budget and drive renewals and negotiations
