FORFIRM CONSULTING SAGL cerca un Business Analyst esperto per supportare progetti internazionali destinati ai clienti bancari svizzeri. Il candidato traduce esigenze di business in requisiti strutturati, processi efficienti e soluzioni pratiche, collaborando con IT e fornitori esterni.

La posizione richiede circa 5 anni di esperienza in analisi di business e trasformazione, con forte attenzione agli stakehoulder e alla governance di progetto. Opportunità di crescita in un contesto dinamico.

Formación

• Circa 5 anni di esperienza in Business Analysis, PM o trasformazione.
• Preferita esperienza in Banking/Financial Services/Consulting.
• Laurea in Economia/BA/Management o campi correlati.
• Buona conoscenza di mapping di processi e metodologie di miglioramento.
• Ottime capacità comunicative e gestione degli stakeholder.

Responsabilidades

• Gestire attività e flussi di lavoro di progetto.
• Raccogliere, analizzare, documentare e validare requisiti.
• Analizzare processi e identificare gap, rischi e opportunità di miglioramento.
• Collaborare con stakeholder business, IT e fornitori esterni per definire soluzioni.
• Supportare test, inclusa la gestione UAT e la validazione delle soluzioni.
• Preparare documentazione di progetto, report di stato e materiali di governance.
• Supportare iniziative di change management e adozione utente.
• Contribuire al miglioramento continuo di progetti, processi e metodologie.

ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Analyst to join our international team and work on projects for Swiss banking clients, contributing to business analysis, project governance, process improvement, and transformation initiatives.The ideal candidate has around 5 years of professional experience in business analysis, project management, consulting, or similar roles, preferably within the financial services industry.In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external providers, helping translate business needs into structured requirements, processes, and effective solutions.If you enjoy solving complex business challenges, working across different teams, and contributing directly to successful project delivery, this role offers the opportunity to further develop your expertise in a dynamic and international consulting environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage project activities and workstreams, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and delivery
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements
• Analyze business processes and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with business, IT stakeholders, and external providers to define effective and sustainable solutions
• Support testing activities, including UAT coordination, issue management, and solution validation
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and governance materials
• Support change management initiatives, communication activities, and user adoption
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of projects, processes, and methodologies

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Around 5 years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, and Business Transformation
• Previous experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Consulting is strongly preferred
• Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in business analysis, project planning, coordination, governance
• Good understanding of process mapping and process improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent written and spoken Italian and English; German or French will be considered a plus
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
• Proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented mindsetCuriosity and willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills
