adesso Schweiz AG in Basel seeks an experienced Business Analyst (m/f/d) to join a client project. You will analyze complex business requirements, work with data and AI products, and help translate needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

You will collaborate across product teams, facilitate refinement sessions and demos, and manage senior stakeholders while ensuring GDPR and GxP considerations. Fluent English is required; German is a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience with Data & AI products, genomic data, or other sensitive data.
• Knowledge of GxP systems and GDPR; pharma or life sciences experience is a plus.
• Skilled in writing and managing user stories with clear acceptance criteria; familiar with Jira, Codebeamer or similar tools.
• Confident collaborating across product teams, facilitating meetings, refinement sessions and demos.
• Experienced in managing senior stakeholders and communicating recommendations.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (m/f/d) for a client project with the following background and expertise:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis
• Experience working with Data & AI products, ideally involving genomic, sequencing or other sensitive data. Experience in biomedical informatics or agentic AI systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of GxP systems and GDPR; pharma or life sciences experience is an advantage.
• Skilled in writing and managing user stories, with clear acceptance criteria; familiar with Jira, Codebeamer or similar tools.
• Confident collaborating across product teams and facilitating meetings, refinement sessions and demos.
• Experienced in managing senior stakeholders, communicating recommendations and assessing trade-offs.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
